NZCU South wins CRM contact centre awards
For the second year in a row NZCU South was placed first in the 2016 CRM Contact Centre Awards in the Banking/Financial sector. NZCU South were also placed first for Web/Email Customer Service across all industries. NZCU South’s Collection Team were also finalists in their category. The annual awards recognise the efforts of contact centre staff from across New Zealand.
With a small Dunedin based team who service the entire country the credit union was up against some big players including beating Rabo Direct and BNZ Finalists for first place in the Banking/Financial sector. They came out ahead of other well-known brands like Spark, Yellow, ACC, Mitsubishi and Toyota.
NZCU South Chief Executive Tania Dickie was delighted with the result.

All NZCU South Contact Centre staff undergo considerable training before talking with customers. Additionally, NZCU South regularly audits the contact centre.
