Janice is a professional director with a broad portfolio of current and past directorships, extensive executive experience and a chartered accountant. She has worked in a wide range of industry sectors and sizes, both in New Zealand and internationally and particularly enjoys working with membership organisations.
Janice is a member of the Institute of Directors, Chairman of the Canterbury branch, a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Southern born, raised and educated, Peter is a Repairable Spares Coordinator at New Zealand Aluminium Smelters Limited. Peter has been involved with Credit Unions for thirty years and has held various board positions within the Credit Union over the past fifteen years.
He is a member of CUINZ and holds a number of Credit Union qualifications. Peter is passionate about Credit Union South and its future.

Louise has over 20 years senior management experience across a number of industries in NZ and overseas. In particular, Louise has held senior executive positions within the NZ financial services industry and is an experienced leader with a wealth of financial management acumen. Previous roles include Chief Executive of Rātā Foundation, Chief Executive of Perpetual Trust, and Chief Operating Officer for Assure NZ (subsidiary of AXA) and Senior Development Manager at Jacques Martin.
She holds several board appointments including as a director of the Canterbury Development Corporation where she also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. She has a strong interest in governance, being actively involved in the Canterbury branch of Institute of Directors.

Peter has a distinguished international career holding executive positions within several Fortune 500 Companies. This has included senior positions within international information technology, telecommunications and financial & investment businesses in multicultural, multi discipline environments.
As well as owning and operating several businesses, he is also studying a Master Degree at Staffordshire University in UK. Based in Dunedin, Peter travels extensively internationally which he believe assists in understanding trends in global markets.

Steve is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, and has recently retired from a 36 year career with the global accounting and consulting services firm of Deloitte. Steve is currently on the Board of the Court Theatre, the Church Property Trustees, the East Lake Trust, CropLogic Limited, and the NZ Health Innovation Hub.
Steve has also recently been appointed to the Governing Council of the University of Canterbury. With a computer science degree and accounting systems background, Steve brings considerable IT expertise to the Board, with extensive experience in IT strategy, systems implementation, project management, cyber security and other areas of relevance to Credit Union South.
